What may and may not run on a VPS With Crypto VPS in any of the six cities, how a report about one of our IP addresses is handled, and how to dispute a suspension.

**Quick answer — What may I run on a VPS With Crypto server?**

A **VPS With Crypto** VPS may host websites, APIs, CI runners, databases, VPN endpoints for your own use, self-hosted apps, blockchain full nodes and Tor relays. It may not send spam, host phishing, malware or botnet control, attack or scan other people's systems, run booters, fraud, child sexual abuse material or mining, or serve sanctioned parties. Outbound port 25 stays closed. A breach means suspension.

## 1. Scope

This policy applies to every VPS With Crypto account and VPS, and to anyone who uses them. It is part of the [terms of service](https://vpswithcrypto.com/terms/ "VPS With Crypto terms of service") and covers every plan on the [pricing page](https://vpswithcrypto.com/pricing/ "Five plans, six cities, one price"). The account holder answers for what runs on the VPS, including what is run by people they give a login to.

## 2. Applicable law

VPS With Crypto is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama, which answers to Panamanian law only. Each data centre is subject to the law of its own country: the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands or Germany. A demand made under the law of another country does not by itself lead VPS With Crypto to act.

## 3. Allowed uses

Whatever section 5 does not forbid. Named examples:

- websites, web apps and APIs;
- CI and build runners, staging and development servers;
- databases, message queues, monitoring and other self-hosted software;
- a WireGuard or OpenVPN endpoint for yourself, your household or your team;
- full nodes that validate a blockchain, which is not mining;
- Any VPS may run a Tor relay: an exit relay, a middle relay or a bridge;
- mail servers that hand outgoing mail to a provider on port 465 or 587 (section 6).

## 4. Foreign copyright claims

DMCA notices and other foreign copyright claims are not acted on: we are bound only by Panamanian law and by orders of Panamanian courts. A notice sent under the DMCA or any other foreign copyright law leads to no takedown and no suspension.

Nothing else in this policy is relaxed by that. Every use listed in section 5 stays forbidden on every VPS.

## 5. Forbidden uses

Forbidden: spam and bulk mail, phishing, malware or botnet control servers, DDoS and other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing systems you do not own, booter and stresser services, carding and other fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and serving sanctioned people or companies.

Some lines drawn more precisely:

- **Mining:** no coin may be mined on a VPS, with any software or algorithm. Validating a blockchain with a full node is allowed.
- **Scanning and testing:** allowed against systems you own or have written permission to test; never against anyone else's.
- **Mail:** bulk or unsolicited mail is forbidden on every port and through every provider, not only on port 25.
- **Sanctions:** The service is closed to residents and companies of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, mainland China, Yemen and Western Sahara, and of the occupied regions of Ukraine. Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and funds sent from a listed address are not credited.

## 6. Port 25

Outbound port 25 is closed on every VPS and is not opened on request; send mail through a mail provider on port 465 or 587. A mail server on a VPS With Crypto VPS can still send: it relays through a mail provider on one of those ports. Keeping port 25 closed keeps the shared address ranges off spam blocklists, which protects every customer's IP reputation.

## 7. Abuse reports

Foreign copyright claims lead to no action, since only Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders apply to us. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks on networks and child sexual abuse material are forbidden, and a VPS used for any of them is suspended.

Send reports about any VPS With Crypto IP address to abuse@vpswithcrypto.com. To act quickly, the team needs:

- the IP address concerned;
- the date, time and time zone of the activity, UTC if possible;
- what happened: spam, a phishing page, malware, botnet control, an attack or a scan;
- evidence such as log lines, full message headers or a URL.

Copyright notices sent to that address, under the DMCA or another foreign law, are not acted on.

## 8. Suspension

A breach of section 5 leads to the suspension of the VPS. The dashboard marks it as suspended, and support can tell you why. Remaining time on a VPS suspended for a breach is not credited: the [refund policy](https://vpswithcrypto.com/refunds/ "Refunds: credited days and payouts") covers only the cases it lists.

A VPS that stops because its rental ended unpaid is a separate case, handled by the terms of service: its disk is kept for 7 days, then erased.

## 9. Disputing a suspension

Email support@vpswithcrypto.com. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, reinstalls and firewall rules.

- Give the order reference (ORD-…) and the IP address of the VPS.
- Do not send your account number. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.
- Say what caused the problem and what you changed, for example a compromised web app cleaned and patched, or an open relay closed.

## 10. Orders from courts

Records are handed over only on the order of a Panamanian court. Which records exist at all is set out in the [privacy policy](https://vpswithcrypto.com/privacy/ "What VPS With Crypto keeps about an account"). Connections, traffic and the IP addresses of visitors and customers are not logged: not on the website, not in the dashboard and not on the VPS.

## 11. Updates

We may update this policy. Each version applies to every VPS from the date printed at the top.
