Two EU cities and one outside the EU, one price list for all three. How many hosts sell a crypto-paid VPS without ID in each, what they charged on 3 November 2026, and what changes when you pick one city over another.
Quick answer
Where can I get a VPS in Europe paid with crypto and no KYC?
VPS With Crypto sells Linux KVM VPS in London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt, paid in crypto with no ID document, selfie or card. Byte costs $2.25 a month on a 12-month term in each city, and Tera $20.62. On 3 November 2026, 22 other no-ID crypto hosts sold a comparable plan in Amsterdam, 16 in Frankfurt and 11 in London.

Three things move with the city: who sits near the server, which country hosts the building, and where the IP address is registered. Plans, prices and traffic allowances stay put. Your VPS runs in a data centre in the city you pick, on IP addresses registered in that country (US, GB, NL or DE in the registry whois).

Netherlands · NL
Inside the EU. The most crowded market of all six cities, and where the reference plans for our two largest sizes, Giga and Tera, are sold.
Germany · DE
Inside the EU, close by distance to German, Austrian, Swiss and central European users. One big provider's "Frankfurt" VPS sits about 60 km from the city.
On 3 November 2026, Amsterdam had the lowest first price of the three cities at four sizes out of five, and from 4 vCPU / 8 GB up it asked about half, then about a third, of what Frankfurt and London asked. The exception was 1 vCPU / 3 GB / 40 GB, where Hosteons in Frankfurt came in under both other cities. London was the dearest at every size but 2 vCPU / 5 GB / 80 GB, where Frankfurt matched its price on the same Bit.Hosting plan. Each cell gives the least expensive plan that met the survey rules in that city, its host, and the median of all the hosts selling that size there.

US dollars a month, month to month, as shown by each host; euro and pound prices converted at 1 EUR = 1.1216 USD (ECB reference rate of 2026-11-02). Most hosts show prices before VAT. Hosts counted at the largest size: 5 in London, 14 in Amsterdam, 6 in Frankfurt.
Each card shows a month at the rental length you select. The city comes at checkout and never changes the total.

Not by itself: the General Data Protection Regulation follows the organisation and the people whose data it handles, not the rack. Under Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, a business established in the Union is covered wherever it processes data. Under Article 3(2), a business outside the Union is covered too when it processes data of people "who are in the Union" while offering them goods or services, or monitoring their behaviour there.
A server in Frankfurt therefore neither brings a project under the regulation nor satisfies it. Each country adds its own act on top: the Netherlands its implementation act (UAVG), Germany the BDSG, and the United Kingdom, which is outside the EU, the UK GDPR with the Data Protection Act 2018. The Amsterdam, Frankfurt and London pages quote the scope article of each. All of this summarises texts read on 3 November 2026 and is not legal advice.
Hetzner, the name most people expect here, has no data centre in any of the three cities. Its German sites are Nuremberg and Falkenstein, plus Helsinki in Finland. OVHcloud sells in all three, but its "Frankfurt" catalogue entry is a data centre in Limburg an der Lahn, about 60 km away, and its Amsterdam offer is a Local Zone with two plans. Three of the five take no crypto at all; Vultr and DigitalOcean take some, under the conditions in the last column.

Less than a card would, but not nothing. No KYC: signing up and paying take no identity document, no selfie, no card and no phone number. You sign in with an account number alone; adding an email is up to you. No KYC is not invisibility: every payment sits on a public blockchain, our billing links your account number to your orders and IP addresses, and your traffic crosses the data-centre network.
You pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, from a $25 top-up. Plenty of hosts in this survey also say "no KYC" and still keep the right to ask for a document after a refund request, a chargeback or an abuse report; which hosts ask for ID anyway, and when lists them.
No. The United Kingdom is outside the European Union and has its own data-protection law, the UK GDPR read with the Data Protection Act 2018. Amsterdam and Frankfurt are the two EU cities on offer.
No. Prices are set in US dollars and paid in crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.
Not today: VPS With Crypto takes BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Monero was listed by 28 of the 61 hosts read for the survey on 3 November 2026, so the option exists elsewhere if you need it now.
By distance, Frankfurt and Amsterdam sit nearer the middle of the continent than London, which lies at its western edge. If most of your users are in the UK or Ireland, London is the closer pick. We publish no timing figures, so test from where your users are.
A VPS stays in the city it was built in. Order one in the new city, copy your data across, then send the delete request for the old one. Reboot, reinstall and delete are requests you send from the dashboard, carried out by a person. A reinstall erases the disk.
