Quick answer

What does VPS With Crypto keep about me?

VPS With Crypto keeps the records that billing and running a VPS need: your account number, an email only if you add one, each top-up and order, and for each VPS its plan, length, city, system, SSH public key and IP addresses. It writes no connection or traffic logs, sets no cookies, runs no analytics and never asks for an ID, a selfie or a card.

1. Who holds your data

DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama, operates VPS With Crypto and decides what happens to the data described below. The terms of service name it as the seller. Write to [email protected] with any question about this policy.

2. Logs

Connections, traffic and the IP addresses of visitors and customers are not logged: not on the website, not in the dashboard and not on the VPS.

Every web request reaches our servers with your IP address attached; that is how the internet works. The address is used to send the reply and, kept in memory only, to cap how many requests one address can make in a short time. It is not written to a log file. The network equipment of the data centres in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt is not ours, and it answers to the law of its own country.

3. Records we keep

In full: What billing and running a VPS need is kept: your account number, plus an email if you added one; every top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and for each VPS its name, plan, rental length, city, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, with the temporary root password when you gave no key, which stops working once you change it. A referral code is kept only if the link you came through carried one. The data-centre network gear is not ours. Records are handed over only on the order of a Panamanian court. The table gives the reason for each record and where it comes from.

4. What we never collect

  • No KYC: signing up and paying take no identity document, no selfie, no card and no phone number.
  • No legal name, home address or date of birth: no form on the site or in the dashboard asks for them.
  • No card or bank details, since payment is in crypto only.
  • No private SSH key and no account number sent by email. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

5. Cookies and browser storage

VPS With Crypto sets no cookies. The website and the dashboard load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the fonts come from our own server. The website also keeps no record of which site or campaign sent you.

A few features store small items in your own browser. They stay on your device until they expire, you sign out or you clear the site's data.

To show the amount due in BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC, the payment page may fetch a dollar rate from a public price service: Coinbase first, CoinGecko if Coinbase does not answer. That request carries no cookie, no referrer and no account detail, but the price service sees your IP address like any website you visit. USDT and USDC are counted at one dollar and need no such request.

6. Crypto payments are public

Every crypto payment is recorded on a public blockchain, where anyone can read its amount, time and addresses. The transaction ID of a top-up therefore links it to the rest of the paying wallet's history. Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and funds sent from a listed address are not credited. No card network or bank stands between you and us. No KYC is not invisibility: every payment sits on a public blockchain, our billing links your account number to your orders and IP addresses, and your traffic crosses the data-centre network.

7. Email, if you add one

An email address is optional. Your account number is the only key to the account. With an email on file you can get it back; without one, a lost number cannot be recovered. With an address on file, the recovery page of the dashboard sends the account number to it. When you write to support, your address and message are kept so the team can reply and follow up.

8. How data is used and who sees it

The records serve to run your account, set up and renew your VPS, credit payments, answer support and handle abuse reports. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers and not used for advertising.

Records are handed over only on the order of a Panamanian court. A request based on foreign law, a copyright notice included, receives no data.

9. How long data is kept

  • VPS disk: held 7 days after an unpaid rental ends, then erased. A deletion or reinstall you request erases it at once.
  • Temporary root password: stops opening the VPS once you change it.
  • Items in your browser: kept until you sign out or clear the site's data (section 5).
  • Billing records: for as long as the account exists, so balances, renewals and credits stay correct.

10. Your choices

You can use VPS With Crypto without giving any email address. Deleting a VPS from the dashboard erases its disk. For any question about the data on your account, write to [email protected] and quote an order reference (ORD-…), never the account number. Before paying, the pricing page shows everything an order contains.

11. Security on your side

The account number is your login, so keep it in a password manager. You log in as root over SSH. Add a public key at checkout and password login stays disabled; skip it and the team sets a temporary root password, shown in your dashboard, that you change with passwd the first time you log in. Your private SSH key belongs on your own device only; nobody at VPS With Crypto needs it. The guide on SSH keys and server security covers the first hardening steps on the VPS.

12. Age

Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone younger.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the version in force carries the date shown at the top. Questions about privacy go to [email protected].
