Terms of Service

The contract between you and DomaineGoat LLC for renting a Linux VPS in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, London, Amsterdam or Frankfurt under the VPS With Crypto name.

Quick answer

What are the main terms of VPS With Crypto?

VPS With Crypto rents Linux KVM VPS in six US and European cities for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid in advance from a crypto balance and without KYC. The seller is DomaineGoat LLC, a Panamanian company; Panamanian law governs the contract and Panamanian courts hear disputes. Forbidden uses lead to suspension, and credits follow the refund policy.

1. The parties and the documents

These terms govern the VPS With Crypto service: the website at https://vpswithcrypto.com, the customer dashboard and every VPS rented through them. The seller is DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama ("we", "us"). "You" is the holder of the account.

By opening an account, topping up or using a VPS, you accept these terms together with three documents that form part of them: the acceptable use policy, the privacy policy and the refund policy.

2. Who may order

  • Accounts are for people aged 18 and over.
  • The service is closed to residents and companies of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, mainland China, Yemen and Western Sahara, and of the occupied regions of Ukraine.
  • No person or company named on a sanctions list may hold an account, and no one may order on behalf of such a person or company.
  • You must be able to make a binding contract under the law of the place where you live.

3. The account

You sign in with an account number alone; adding an email is up to you. No KYC: signing up and paying take no identity document, no selfie, no card and no phone number.

  • Treat the account number as a password. Anyone who holds it can spend the balance and manage every VPS on the account.
  • Your account number is the only key to the account. With an email on file you can get it back; without one, a lost number cannot be recovered.
  • You are responsible for whatever is done with your account number, your SSH keys and any temporary root password we deliver.
  • Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

4. What we rent you

Linux VPS on KVM in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt: a virtual machine with its own kernel, where you are root over SSH. The vCPU of every plan are shared: they are scheduled on physical cores that neighbouring VPS also use. The RAM and NVMe space of your plan are reserved for your VPS only.

  • Plans: Byte $2.25 a month on a 12-month term ($3.21 month to month), Kilo $4.49 a month on a 12-month term ($6.42 month to month), Mega $6.75 a month on a 12-month term ($9.64 month to month), Giga $13.50 a month on a 12-month term ($19.28 month to month), Tera $20.62 a month on a 12-month term ($29.46 month to month). Full specifications are on the pricing page.
  • Cities: New York, Dallas and Los Angeles in the United States; London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt in Europe: every plan in every city, at one price. Your VPS runs in a data centre in the city you pick, on IP addresses registered in that country (US, GB, NL or DE in the registry whois).
  • Systems: Every VPS runs Linux, installed from our Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux images; Windows is not sold. Current images: Debian 13, Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10.
  • Access: You log in as root over SSH. Add a public key at checkout and password login stays disabled; skip it and the team sets a temporary root password, shown in your dashboard, that you change with passwd the first time you log in.
  • Requests: Reboot, reinstall and delete are requests you send from the dashboard, carried out by a person. A reinstall erases the disk.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not depend on the city.

  • Rental lengths: Rent a VPS for 1 month, 3 months (10% off), 6 months (20% off) or 12 months (30% off). A longer length costs the monthly price times 3, 6 or 12, less its discount, rounded down to the cent: Tera is $79.54 for 3 months, $141.40 for 6 months and $247.46 for 12 months. A renewal repeats the same length at the price of your order, unless you choose another length for the next renewal in the dashboard.
  • Setup: There is no setup fee: the first order and every renewal cost the price of the rental length, nothing more.
  • Coins: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. USDT is taken on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) and Bitcoin on its main chain. Monero and Lightning are not accepted.
  • Balance: each top-up is at least $25 and is credited to a prepaid balance in US dollars, from which rentals are paid.
  • Sending coins: send the amount, to the address and over the network that the payment page shows. Coins sent over another network or to another address may be lost for good. The network fee of your transaction is yours to pay.
  • Screening: Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and funds sent from a listed address are not credited.
  • Price changes: a new price applies to new orders only. A paid rental keeps its price to the end, and auto-renew charges the price written on your order.

6. Setup and delivery

A team member sets up every VPS by hand after your payment confirms, within 24 hours; your dashboard follows the build and then shows the IP address. The paid time of a VPS runs from the moment it is delivered, not from the payment. A VPS that cannot be delivered is not created, and its days are credited to your balance under the refund policy.

7. Renewal, expiry and deletion

You pay for a VPS ahead of time from your crypto balance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, chosen at checkout. With auto-renew on, the same length is charged again at the price written on your order, and you can switch the next renewal to another length from the dashboard. If the balance cannot cover a renewal, the VPS stops when its paid time runs out and its disk is kept for 7 days before it is wiped.

  • Early renewal: a VPS can be renewed from the dashboard before its paid time ends.
  • Another length: the next renewal can be switched to another length; it is then charged at that length's price.
  • Auto-renew off: the VPS stops when its paid time ends, and the same 7-day hold of its disk applies.
  • Returning in time: a renewal paid during those 7 days starts the VPS again with its disk intact. After the 7 days, the disk is gone.
  • Deletion: a deletion you request ends the VPS and erases its disk; unused paid time is not credited.
  • Reinstall: a reinstall erases the disk and installs the system you pick.

8. Your data

No plan includes backups, so keep your own copy of anything that matters. What you store on a VPS, and any copy of it, is your responsibility. Once a disk has been erased by a reinstall, a deletion or the end of the 7-day hold, no one can restore it.

9. Network, addresses and mail

  • Each VPS comes with a dedicated IPv4 address and a routed IPv6 /64. Every plan lists its outbound traffic per month in TB, and going over it never triggers an automatic charge.
  • Plans connect through a 1 Gbit/s port that the VPS on the same host share.
  • Outbound port 25 is closed on every VPS and is not opened on request; send mail through a mail provider on port 465 or 587.
  • Geolocation databases and websites decide for themselves where a data-centre IP address is; we make no promise about how they label yours.
  • The IP addresses of your VPS may only be used as the acceptable use policy allows, and they are released when the VPS ends.

10. Use of the service

The acceptable use policy belongs to this contract. Forbidden: spam and bulk mail, phishing, malware or botnet control servers, DDoS and other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing systems you do not own, booter and stresser services, carding and other fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and serving sanctioned people or companies. Any VPS may run a Tor relay: an exit relay, a middle relay or a bridge. You answer for everything that runs on your VPS, including what is run by people you give access to.

VPS With Crypto is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama, which answers to Panamanian law only. Each data centre is subject to the law of its own country: the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands or Germany. DMCA notices and other foreign copyright claims are not acted on: we are bound only by Panamanian law and by orders of Panamanian courts.

Records are handed over only on the order of a Panamanian court, and the privacy policy lists which records exist. Connections, traffic and the IP addresses of visitors and customers are not logged: not on the website, not in the dashboard and not on the VPS.

12. Suspension

A VPS is suspended in two situations: the rental runs out unrenewed (section 7), or the VPS is put to a use the acceptable use policy forbids.

Foreign copyright claims lead to no action, since only Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders apply to us. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks on networks and child sexual abuse material are forbidden, and a VPS used for any of them is suspended. The dashboard marks a suspended VPS as such. Remaining time on a VPS suspended for a breach is not credited. To dispute a suspension, email [email protected] with the order reference and the IP address of the VPS. You may end the contract at any time by deleting your VPS.

13. Availability

We publish no uptime percentage and commit to none. Maintenance, the data-centre network and events beyond our control can interrupt a VPS. We promise no DDoS protection beyond the default filtering of the data-centre network. If a VPS stops and support cannot bring it back, the lost days are credited to your balance. New orders may see plans, cities or systems added or removed; a rental you have already paid stays as it is.

14. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that a VPS suits a particular purpose, that any website or service will accept its IP addresses, or that geolocation databases will place them in a particular country.

15. Limit of liability

As far as Panamanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability on any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current rental of the VPS concerned. Nothing here excludes a liability that Panamanian law does not allow us to exclude.

16. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your breach of these terms or of the acceptable use policy, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us.

17. Courts, changes and language

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Panama, and only the courts of Panama may decide a dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one dated at the top of this page; an update applies from that date to new orders, renewals and further use. The English text is the binding one if a translation differs.

18. Contact

  • Support: [email protected]. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, reinstalls and firewall rules.
  • Abuse reports: [email protected].
  • In any message, quote an order reference (ORD-…) or the IP address of a VPS, never the account number. The contact page says what else to include.
