Quick answer
Does VPS With Crypto give refunds?
Yes, in two cases. VPS With Crypto credits lost days to your balance when a VPS cannot be delivered, or when it goes down and support cannot bring it back; each day is worth its share of the rental you paid. The balance never expires. The part of a top-up added only to reach the $25 minimum can be returned in USDT or USDC within 30 days.
1. When do days come back?
If a VPS cannot be delivered, or goes down and support cannot bring it back, the lost days are credited back to your balance, which never expires. Top-ups are not paid out unless a law requires it, with one exception: the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is returned in USDT or USDC if you ask within 30 days and it is still unspent.
So there are two cases, and only two:
- The VPS cannot be delivered. For example, the city you picked stopped taking new servers before your payment confirmed. No VPS is created and its full price is credited to your balance.
- The VPS stops and support cannot restore it. Each lost day is credited at its daily value: the rental price divided by its number of days. On a 1-month rental that is one thirtieth of the monthly price; on longer rentals, the same share of the 3, 6 or 12-month total.
Worked examples:
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| You order Kilo for one month at $6.42, and London stops taking new VPS before your payment confirms | No VPS is set up. $6.42 goes back on your balance, ready for another city or a later order. |
| Your Mega on a 1-month rental ($9.64) runs 12 days, then fails and cannot be fixed | The 18 lost days are credited: 18/30 of $9.64. |
| Your Byte on a 12-month rental ($26.96 for 365 days) fails after 200 days and cannot be fixed | The 165 lost days are credited: 165/365 of $26.96. |
| You delete your Giga three months into a 6-month rental | Nothing is credited. Deleting a VPS ends its paid time with it. |
| Your VPS is suspended for phishing | Nothing is credited: suspensions for breaking the acceptable use policy fall outside this policy. |
| The rental ends with auto-renew off or too little on the balance | The VPS stops and its disk is kept 7 days, then erased. Nothing is charged and nothing is credited. |
2. Where does a credit go?
Once support has confirmed the case, the credit is added to your VPS With Crypto balance in US dollars. Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your VPS. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.
That balance pays for any plan on the pricing page, in any of the six cities, and for renewals.
3. Which part of a top-up can go back to a wallet?
Only one: the amount added to reach the $25 minimum top-up. Ask within 30 days of the payment and, if that amount is still unspent, it is returned in USDT or USDC. Any other balance is paid out only where a law requires it.
Why that part exists: when you order from a plan, the top-up covers what your balance lacks, but it can never be smaller than $25. If the order needs less, the difference lands on your balance, and that difference is what can be returned.
| Top-up | What can be returned in USDT or USDC |
|---|---|
| $25 for one month of Byte at $3.21, with an empty balance | Up to $25 minus $3.21, as long as it is unspent and you ask within 30 days. |
| $25 for one month of Giga at $19.28, with an empty balance | $25 minus $19.28, on the same conditions. |
| More than $25 for that same Giga order | At most $25 minus $19.28: only the gap up to the minimum counts, the rest is ordinary balance. |
| A top-up made without any plan in the order | Nothing: no part of it was added to reach a minimum, so all of it is balance. |
| A request sent 40 days after the top-up | Nothing: the 30 days are over. The amount stays on the balance, which never expires. |
4. How do I ask?
Write to support
Email [email protected] with "Refund request" in the subject line, from the address on the account if it has one.
Identify the payment
Give the order reference (ORD-…) and the transaction ID of the payment. Leave out your account number, root password and private key; none of them is needed to check a refund.
State the claim
For lost days, give the IP address of the VPS and what went wrong. For the minimum top-up part, add a USDT or USDC address and say which network it is on.
Get the answer
A person replies by email, usually within 12 hours, and says whether days are credited and how many.
5. What is never refunded?
- Top-up balance, except the minimum-top-up part of section 3 or a payout a law demands.
- Paid time left on a VPS you delete, whatever its rental length.
- Paid time left on a VPS suspended under the acceptable use policy.
- Data lost when a disk is erased after the 7-day hold, by a reinstall or by a deletion. No plan includes backups, so keep your own copy of anything that matters.
- Network fees paid on your own transactions.
- Funds sent from an address on a sanctions list. Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and funds sent from a listed address are not credited.
- Coins sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network: a blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by anyone.
6. Is there a trial instead?
No. There is no free trial: the smallest plan, Byte, is $3.21 for one month, or $2.25 a month on a 12-month term. There is no setup fee: the first order and every renewal cost the price of the rental length, nothing more. Because credits follow section 1 only, check a plan's vCPU, RAM, disk and traffic before you pay; the pricing page lists every figure.
7. Can a crypto payment be reversed?
No. A confirmed blockchain payment cannot be pulled back, so crypto has no chargeback. Credits and payouts happen only under this policy, and each request is made by email to [email protected]. It is part of the terms of service.
8. Updates
We may update this policy. A new version covers payments made on or after the date printed at the top.
